Snoop Dogg is an American Idol, so it would only be fitting for him to be a judge on the show, right? Get the scoop below.
Let’s pretend for a moment that the rumors are true and Aerosmith’s frontman Steven Tyler will be a judge on the 10th season of American Idol. Now let us pretend that the show’s producers make an extremely intelligent decision and make Snoop Dogg a judge, too. Would you watch next season? I know I would.
Back in March, the “Gin and Juice” singer appeared on ‘Lopez Tonight,’ and spoke candidly about why he is keen to become part of the show’s judging panel. He made his case by saying:
“I like American Idol. I think I’d be the perfect host to fill in because I understand the dynamics of music and I see stars before they’re made. I feel like sometimes they pass on some good people ’cause they don’t really have it together on the first show.”
This takes us to yesterday when Snoop tweeted a link that lead to a picture of the American Idol logo followed by a whole bunch of question marks and exclamation points. What could he have meant by this?
On a side note – he recently announced to the world that he has a prescription for…hold on, before I tell you, take a guess…okayyy, you got it. At the same interview he went on to say:
“I’m under the influence of medical marijuana. I’ve never performed without it.”
This is what I wonder about tho. If Snoop is always stoned, therefore, presumably always has the munchies, how in the world does he stay so frikin’ skinny?
