Pattie Mallette, Justin Bieber’s mother, is very much a huge reason for the success of her musically gifted son. As a single mother, Pattie did all she could for her son to encourage him to follow his dreams and in the midst of it all, kept and continues to keep Justin grounded. Pattie Mallette, Justin Bieber’s mother gave birth to Justin Drew Bieber in Stratford, Ontario on March 1, 1994. Mallette is said to have graduated from Stratford, Ontario’s North Western High School in 1996, which would make her to be in her thirties. Not much information is known about Justin’s father, Jeremy Bieber. What we do know is that Pattie basically raised Justin on her own as a single mother.

When Pattie’s family was unable to attend her son’s performances, she decided to post the videos on social networking and video sharing site YouTube. As views went up and time went on, Justin was discovered and soon their lives were changed forever.

Justin was signed to Island Records in October 2008 with Usher as his mentor. As a result of the signing, Justin and Pattie moved out to Atlanta (where Usher is based) to work on his career.

Justin is currently on a promotional tour for his number one album My World 2.0. After all that Pattie and Justin have been through and the successes they are now experiencing, this all has to feel pretty fabulous.

In other Justin Bieber new, the pop teen sensation was recently escorted to the DMV by his mother. And it is official! Justin has his driver’s license. Bieber can now drive his Range Rover that Usher purchased for him. I’m sure Justin Bieber’s mother is loving that! HA!
