Justin Bieber’s ‘Baby’ video premiered today on YouTube. Even though it’s just an acoustic version of the track from the forthcoming album “My World (part 2)” it’s still pretty sweet nonetheless. Read more below.
The produced version of the song, which features rap superstar Ludacris, will be made available for purchase via digital download on January 1. But luckily for us we have the unplugged version to hold us over in the mean time. For this adaptation of the song JB hands over guitar playing duties to some guy in a goofy hat, and focuses more on his singing. Despite the wardrobe distraction sitting next to him the pint-size Casanova was still able to nail the vocals.
Bieber kindly asked fans for their help in a message that was released along with the acoustic vid, saying:
“Spread the word and let’s help make it my first ever #1 on ITunes!”

Even though this kid hasn’t even headlined a tour yet, he is still incredibly busy. Just in the next two months alone he is scheduled to perform at several events. February holds three big events including a private concert for some lucky students at a middle school in NY, the Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam alongside Rihanna, and a Pop-Con festival appearance alongside Selena Gomez, and on March 21 he’ll perform at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Also, in March he will celebrate his birthday. How old will he be? Drum roll please… 16-years-old. And just for a bonus fact – His middle name is Drew.
