Justin Timberlake’s court date has been set to testify against alleged stalker Karen McNeil. The only problem is that the pop star’s lawyer wants the judge removed from the case. Read more below.
The “Lovestoned” singer has been summoned for court on Monday to convince the case judge that his alleged stalker is a threat. The reason behind this may be because JT never actually gave a sworn statement about McNeil. Rather, two of his bodyguards filed the declarations against the “stranger”.
However, the defendant claims that she is a friend of the ex N’ SYNC member, and even argued her position in a 60 page response to what she deems to be outlandish claims. We haven’t seen the documents, but according to TMZ they are “rambling and crazy”… As probably every one and their mother expected them to be.
Here’s the twist though. The attorney representing Justin Timberlake filed papers to have the judge removed from the case. So that way a new judge will oversee the request for a permanent restraining order.
Nobody is certain whether or not JT will actually show up at the courthouse on Monday. I guess we’ll have to wait to find out how this developing story will come to its conclusion.

The video below has nothing to do with Justin Timberlake, court, or stalkers, but it sure is interesting to watch. Also check out pictures from a recent charity event.
