Who is the next artist to join Britney Spears in having a song that was written by pop sensation Lady Gaga? Adam Lambert is the answer. Yesterday, Gaga confirmed to Kiss 106.1 that the two collaborated on a single for the “American Idol” rockers forthcoming album “For Your Entertainment”. Read more below.
Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta aka Lady Gaga is undoubtedly one of the hottest performers in the world right now, but did you know that she has also penned songs for acts such as Fergie, Pussycat Dolls, Britney Spears, and the New Kids on the Block?
And now, according to reports, Adam Lambert has joined that exclusive list of performers. The “Poker Face” singer explained in an interview that Lambert’s people called and asked her “to write for him”. She graciously accepted, and soon after they began their collaboration in the studio. After all was said and done, Gaga swears that the song was perfect for him, and that it came out “a total hit”. She also went on to mention that she really enjoyed working with the glam rocker, because he is a funny and nice guy
If you’re like me and are just dying to hear the collaboration, you may ask, when will Lambert’s album be released? All I can say is mark your calendars for November 23. Also, he just debuted a single that is on the soundtrack for the upcoming movie “2012” entitled “ Time for Miracles”.
It has been reported that other artist to pen songs for the album include Pink and Max Martin.
