The police were called by the flummoxed restaurant manager and Gabriela Pochinki was unceremoniously escorted out of the restaurant, arrested and ticketed for trespass and various other tragic offenses. The incident occurred at the Nice Martin restaurant in the Lucerne Hotel, New York.
The sentence could have been up to 90 days in jail if they had thrown the book at her. But instead she struck an opportune plea deal. has been told that the charges will be dropped and she will avoid jail time if she stays of trouble for presumably the rest of her life.
