It appears that pop legend Michael Jackson can’t even get a little peace and quiet in the grave. Ever since his untimely death a few months ago, his name has been surrounded by controversy, vicious rumors, and lawsuits. On second thought, perhaps those things have always been associated with Jackson, but his death has certainly brought them back to up to the surface.

Even as I write this article, I feel an odd sense of déjà vu. I just have this strange feeling that even 50 years in the future, I’ll still be writing about some dufus suing Jackson for one reason or another.

But for now, I suppose we should get back to these dufuses, shall we?

They are suing MJ’s estate for a portion of the revenue that will be generated by the forthcoming film “This Is It,” and also a share of the proceeds from Sony. The suit was initially filed when Jackson was still breathing, but with a spike in the claim that would knock the wind out of anybody, the plaintiffs are asking for an additional $260 million. They say that his death upped the ante, making the claim more substantial.
