The blue man is still blue, and we are not talking about the musical group. Paul Karason was dyed blue back in 2008 and a recent interview shows nothing has changed.
When this story popped up all over the web, I thought — well, of course they are! — that is their thing! But we are not talking music here!
Paul Karason began using colloidal silver back in 2008 for dermatitis, a condition that developed following his father’s death. At first he was drinking it, diluting it with water, but later began applying it topically.
For those you that don’t know, and I didn’t until I researched this story, colloidal silver is made by extracting silver into water using an electrical current.
Karason said that after he began taking the colloidal silver, his symptoms for arthritis, sinus congestion, and heart burn all decreased significantly or went away. It also turned his skin blue, and a year later, nothing has changed. Paul still takes the colloidal silver, but in much smaller amounts.
A few things that have changed, Paul moved from his home in Oregon because people weren’t nice to him and he hoped to find acceptance in Madera California, but ended up moving to Washington for medical reasons. He has been treated for prostate cancer and his health is getting back on track.
He did another interview on the Today Show Thursday where he gave these updates. You can see in the video below.

Looks like he’s smoking a cigarette. That’s probably not good for his health
