This psychedelic band are united amongst their distinctive sounds of: Jamie Reynolds, James Righton, and Simon Taylor. Reynolds has even dubbed his band “nu-rave” to articulate their new and fresh approach.

After a long, anticipated appearance, the band advanced toward making a second album where the band made a live return in Holland, Poland, Estonia, Russia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil. At these shows they debuted two new tracks: “Valley of the Calm Trees” and “Moonhead”.

In March of 2009, several media outlets interviewed Reynolds in which he stated that their second album had been completed, however the record label tagged their style as “too experimental” and the Klaxons are now working to revamp over half their tracks.
