Lil Wayne has released a song titled “Kobe Bryant” just in time for the NBA Finals. The finals have Bryant’s team, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Orlando Magic fighting for the pro basketball title. Read more and see photos and video here.

Lil Wayne has once referred to himself as the “Kobe Bryant of hip-hop”, so it does not take too much to deduce that Lil Wayne is a big fan of Kobe Bryant. In fact, Lil Wayne is so inspired by Bryant that he recorded a track called “Kobe Bryant” last night and released the song tonight just in time for the NBA Finals.
The song pays tribute to the NBA superstar with lyrics sure to make Bryant blush or make his ego even bigger. “Kobe doing work / 2-4 on my shirt / He the greatest on the court / And I’m the greatest on the verse”.
