Season 8 of Dancing with the Stars comes to an end and a new winner will be crowned. DWTS winner? It could be Shawn Johnson, Melissa Rycroft or Gilles Marini. In fact, as the evening drew to a close, Shawn Johnson was announced the DWTS 2009 winner.
What is for certain is that the 23-year-old Grammy Award nominated international pop star Lady GaGa, herself no stranger to dance, performs on the Season 8 finale on May 19, 2009. She will perform her chart topping hit single ‘Poker Face’ and her new single Love Game, also known as ‘LoveGame.’
Her real name is Joanne Stefani Germanotta but she is Lady GaGa and as such a pop icon and fashion trend setter.
But above all, an accomplished musician and singer who as Lady GaGa has topped charts all over the world with Poker Face which she co-wrote with RedOne who also produced the track. Alongside it, Let’s Dance has also ruled the charts around the world and her debut album, Fame, which produced the hits is topping charts in the UK and Europe.
In a recent interview, Lady GaGa talked about the new singles from her platinum-selling debut album, Fame.
‘Love Game’ is already on the radio, which is very exciting,” she told MTV News at the KIIS-FM Wango Tango music festival at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine, California. “And I just finished my video for ‘Paparazzi,’ which I really am very pleased with the way that turned out. It’s like a short film.”
