Despite being in one of the most scandalous stories so far this year, Chris Brown appears to not have any sweat dripping from his brow, at least not from being accused of beating up his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
In a newly released YouTube video, Chris Brown is featured alongside his friend, Scooter Smiff (the 13 year-old dancer who danced with Chris in his 2007 Grammy performance) as they are recorded dancing for the camera. As it appears, Brown has not a care in the world.
As far as the felony case is concerned, the latest is that Chris Brown’s attorney is asking that the Los Angeles Police Department turn over all the written statements and reports in connection with the department’s investigation regarding the leaked battered and bruised Rihanna photo.
Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos claims that “This highly prejudicial photograph was sold by an LAPD officer to the entertainment website, Thirty Mile Zone (TMZ).”
