The Jonas Brothers Paranoid lyrics and music were written by all of the band members, Nicholas Jonas, Joseph Jonas, Kevin Jonas, and the track was produced by John Fields.
Regarding the new album, Kevin Jonas said in an interview with MTV News:
“We’re really proud of it. It’s a good step for who we are as musicians. As we get older, so does our music. There’s a lot more horns, and it’s really fun. I think people are going to be able to jam out to it in their cars or their mom’s cars … or their boom boxes.”
Nick Jonas, speaking about World War III, one of the songs on the album which he wrote, said:
“This is a personal experience for me. ‘World War III’ deals with the challenge of a girl who keeps attacking you, provoking you, trying to fight you, but all the while she’s the only one fighting.”
The album is set for release on June 15, 2009 worldwide. You can see the rumored Jonas Brothers Lines Vines and Trying Times tracklisting here.
The Jonas Brothers World tour is forthcoming with former American Idol Jordin Sparks and Honor Society as supporting acts. The tour is in support of the Lines, Vines and Trying Times album. The Jonas Brothers world tour 2009 kicks off June 20, 2009 in Texas and will run through November.
