In a recent interview, Tyson Ritter discussed the new album and the meaning of its title, When the World Comes Down, which he said does not refer to the current the world economic crisis.
“The whole point is that it took pretty much our worlds coming down just to make this record,” he says. “You can think whatever you want about our music, but the fact is, creating music is difficult and what we’ve created we’ve put all our heart, sweat, blood and tears into. ‘When the World Comes Down’ is honestly the first record that I can stand behind and say: ‘This is our band and this is where we’re going with our sound.’ “
